Stock lived in every one of those plus separate manufacturer platforms, one of which sends updates as photographs rather than through any system at all. We automated the daily and weekly pull so the team reviews instead of collects.

UK aromatherapy brand, sister to Geurwolkje. Every customer question used to become a Zendesk ticket answered by hand. We built an on-brand AI chatbot that answers from their Shopify store and knowledge base, and opens a ticket whenever a customer asks for a person.

A US golf matchmaking app whose first build, a native app from another team, was full of bugs and abandoned. We rebuilt it as a multi-user PWA on Next.js and Supabase, with TrueSkill ratings, location-based matchmaking, and Stripe and Twilio built in.
